(a) Outsourcing Personal information collected by Sasy n Savy may be disclosed to third parties to whom Sasy n Savy contracts out specialised functions, such as mailing houses. This information is passed on purely for Sasy n Savy's own marketing activities, which may require outsources mailing and fulfilment functions. Our IT systems are password restricted and comply with relevant security standards. We do not store on file your credit card or account details on our computerised database.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which ahs already taken place. We do not use this information in any way other that recognize you for postings nor do we disclose this information to any third parties. With regard to the forums, yuor email address is not visible in the forums however other users are able to send you email via your nickname without you email address being displayed, personal message (PM) feature. Personal Messaging does not collect this information and does not use it in any way other than to automatically create the account nor do we share this information with any third parties unless required by authorized law enforcement agencies when required.

With regard to any "write-in" feature within the site, your name may be used if youquestion has been selected for use in a "Q & A" section of the website. If you do not  wish your name to be used, our Editors can, at their discretion, omit this information from the posted Q & A if you elect to remail anonymous and so request in the body of your submitted question.
